We use first class recorded delivery for orders within the UK.
For orders internationally we will use a similar service, trackable and if over £100, insured.

Please understand everything is handmade to order here in the workshop in Lincolnshire. Sometimes we have built up a little stock but generally items can take up to 10 days for delivery so please, be patient and your piece will be with you as fast as our hands can make!
Each of our orders are packaged in our beautiful box, printed with the EMH logo, which also includes our guide to caring for your jewellery. You will also receive our business card and postcard which features contact details and our Terms and Conditions.
Our policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, please send us a quick email/phone/message about the reason for return..this really helps us process it quicker.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will however consider help with repairs up to a year of owning your pieces of EMH jewellery and always be as understanding as we can with each situation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/note with order number.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is not faulty. Please consider using a trackable shipping service.
